According to the latest Arada UAE Real Estate Investment Index, the UAE has become the world's leading choice for real estate investment. Conducted by Penta Group, a US-based research organisation, over 689 investors in 12 countries were surveyed from April 1 to April 23, 2026.
Results show that Dubai real estate market is becoming a stronger competitor in the global marketplace. The increase in Dubai properties capitalization received from Europe, Asia and the Middle East has increased investor confidence in its long-term value, even though there are continuing global economic issues.
