Dubai Residential REIT has successfully added another 220 townhouses to its existing collection of luxury properties within Jebel Ali Village through the acquisition for AED 894 million (USD 250 million). By purchasing these villas via a forward purchase agreement, this acquisition brings the total number of new properties added by Dubai Residential REIT in 2026 to 276 units, including the 56 Garden View Villas previously purchased earlier in the year.
