The Pulse

ABOUT THE PULSE

The Pulse is a mixed-use residential community within the Residential District of Dubai South, offering a family-oriented lifestyle supported by parks, sports facilities, retail outlets, schools and community services. The neighbourhood is organised around a broad six-lane boulevard and combines apartments, townhouses and villas. The community includes several established residential developments, including The Pulse Residence, The Pulse Residence Park, The Pulse Residence Plaza, Boulevard Apartments, The Pulse Townhouses and The Pulse Villas.

The Pulse Beachfront adds a more premium residential option, with villas and townhouses arranged around a large artificial beach lagoon. Dubai South confirms that The Pulse Beachfront comprises 788 residential units and was fully delivered as part of the community's expansion. Located close to Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport, The Pulse benefits from its position within one of Dubai's major emerging residential and aviation corridors. Emirates Road (E611) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) provide road access to other parts of the emirate.

The community also includes The Pulse Beachfront, which introduced a gated collection of larger homes around a 200-metre artificial beach lagoon. The wider Residential District has public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a 50,000 sq. ft. hypermarket, a mosque, petrol station and bus connections towards Expo Metro Station.
